Uploaded Content

You must own or have the necessary rights to any images you upload. By uploading content, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it
  • The content does not violate any third-party rights
  • You grant us permission to process the content for meme generation

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI models is created using machine learning algorithms. While you own the generated output, we cannot guarantee that similar content hasn't been generated for other users or doesn't exist elsewhere.

5. Payment Terms and Credits

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required for certain premium features and high-resolution generations.

  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Credits do not expire but may become unavailable if your account is terminated
  • Pricing and credit costs may change with notice
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:
